For some reason, I don&#039;t think Bryn tracked his own activity during that week.  He has the benefit (if you want to call it that) of living further from school than a lot of of his classmates, so he has at least 40 mins of built-in activity getting to and from school every day.  He also plays football at recess every day (no matter what the weather) so that helps too.</description>
